Transition period my foot

The CEO said

"We are realigning the business bla..bla..bla. During this period, we should still maintain business as usual (BAU). March will be our transition period and cut-over should be end of March"

The business said

"Last time I give all of you to setup this organization, now I want to take back my BAU people. The rest can die."

The Director said

" The businesses have selected who should be doing work under them. Please identify your new roles and responsibility and come up with the high level BAU framework as soon as possible"

The Senior Manager said

The Manager said
